Everette Ramey is an ASU graduate with a Bachelors in Global Management and 3 years of experience in planning and logistics. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, watching anime and spending time with family and friends.

Introducing Maggie Hu. PE as our newest Mechanical Engineer

Maggie Hu is joining DDG as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. With more than 15 years of mechanical design experience and a strong passion for her work, we are excited to welcome her back and look forward to the fresh perspective she will bring to our team. Maggie’s professional background spans a broad range of project types, including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, educational, and government facilities. Originally from Shanghai, China, Maggie moved to the United States with her family in 2013. She restarted her professional journey here in 2018 and previously spent time at DDG as a Mechanical Designer. Seven years later, she returns to us as a licensed Professional Engineer —a significant accomplishment and testament to her dedication and hard work! We are excited to have Maggie back on the DDG team!

Introducing Dan Peloso as our newest Project Manager and Business Development Professional

With an extensive career in the Engineering and consulting field, Dan brings an abundance of knowledge to our Team. He has over 40 years of experience supporting large and small projects within Facilities O&M and New Construction. Dan enjoys golf, and spending time outdoors with his family in his free time. We’re excited to have Dan on the team to assist us in continuing to offer quality engineering in the valley.

John M. Grant

Introducing John M. Grant as our new Mechanical Drafter

With over 7 years of experience in the U.S. Navy and the maritime propulsion and power generation industries, John brings a store of knowledge on mechanical repair and modification as he transitions into the semiconductor industry.
John M. Grant is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
For leisure and recreation, John likes to spend time outdoors camping and hiking. He enjoys traveling and experiencing nature with his dogs.

Introducing Eli Juarez Valdez, PE as our New Partner

 With an impressive career spanning 30 years in the Electrical Engineering field, Eli brings a wealth of expertise to our team. His diverse career covers Healthcare, Commercial, Gaming, Industrial, Civic and Semiconductor projects across Arizona. Throughout his career, Eli has built strong relationships with clients and coworkers alike. He takes pride in building a positive workplace culture and maintaining a strong sense of values amongst his team members.

Eli carries a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering technology from DeVry University and a Professional License in Electrical Engineering.  His experience in electronics and power distribution alike has helped him contribute strongly to Industrial and Semiconductor projects over his career.

Outside of his professional achievements, Eli enjoys time with family and friends.  Whenever he finds himself with extra time he likes to spend it in nature, on outdoor sports, or woodworking in his shop.

With an extensive career spanning over 15 years in the Utility and Telecommunications industry, Rich brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Throughout his career Rich, has consistently demonstrated successful execution of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and superior quality. His deep understanding of both telecommunications and electrical infrastructure, combined with a proven ability to navigate the unique challenges of these industries, makes him a valuable addition to our team.

With a strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving innovation, Rich Gaiser is well-equipped to lead upcoming projects to success. We are confident that his leadership, expertise, and commitment will greatly contribute to our continued growth and project excellence.

Introducing Brielle Atlasman, EIT as our Newest Mechanical Engineer

With a career spanning over 8 years in infrastructure and environmental project execution, including wastewater management, water distribution systems, and sustainable design, Brielle is an accomplished Engineer who brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Throughout her career Brielle, has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex engineering projects, such as leading the design and construction of large-scale water and sewer infrastructure upgrades for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, optimizing resource allocation for capital improvement projects in Gilbert, Arizona, and successfully managing projects that meet stringent environmental standards and budgetary constraints across various roles and organizations.

Brielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering (December 2015, Dean’s List, 3.8 GPA). She is a licensed Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and has shown dedication to professional growth through her pursuit of a Professional Engineering License (PE)

Outside of her professional achievements, Brielle enjoys 3D printing and other craft activities, which allows her to explore her creativity. She also enjoys spending time with her family and pups exploring different places.

Introducing Oz Munoz as our New Sr. Electrical Engineer

With a diverse career spanning over 8 years in healthcare, education, public service, commercial, residential, and semiconductor tool installation, Oz brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Throughout his career Oz Munoz has consistently demonstrated remarkable support in design projects, team leadership, and has established great relationships with clients.

Oz carries a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on electrical power and systems, as an Associates of applied science from SMCC. Oz currently serves our community as an advisory board member at SMCC for the Engineering department.

With a career spanning over 3 years in electrical design, Jacob has established a notable project history  covering storage facilities, healthcare, and semiconductor industries. Jacob brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Throughout his career Jacob Segal, has consistently demonstrated an ability to complete projects on time and in a professional manner.

Jacob carries a Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, with a concentration in electrical power and energy systems.

Introducing Anthony Salcido as our Newest Mechanical Designer

With a diverse career spanning two years in commercial and healthcare sectors with a transition into the semiconductor world, Anthony brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Anthony has extensive experience in the commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors, with expertise in mechanical and plumbing design. From designing HVAC systems to specifying pumps, Anthony’s ability to collaborate internally and with vendors makes him an integral part of our team. His knowledge of IBC and IMC standards allows him to contribute to projects from inception to completion, managing design processes for buildings across Arizona, California, and Wisconsin.

Anthony Salcido, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, in addition to two Associate degrees in Science and Arts. He is also a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

With an Associate’s degree in CAD, Isaac has built his skills through on the job experiences and the professional connections he has made along the way.

With a diverse career spanning over 6 years in an Administrative role, with the last 2 years specializing in Finance Administration, Angelina brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Throughout her career, Angelina has consistently demonstrated an ability to display her communication skills with proven effectiveness in pinpointing resolutions. Her precise attention to detail and her experience in challenging business environments has made her a great addition to the Diamondback team.

Outside of work Angelina likes to spend her time outdoors. Whether it’s camping up north or spending a day at the lake with friends and family, she always finds a way to stay grounded.
